Medellin, Oct->Nov 2016

Going there early October (2016) and looking to depart mid Nov and thus, with the budget of $600/m I am looking for somewhere (ideally close to a lap-swimming pool) I could chip in my monies (and good spirit) in exchange for a bed and someone to talk to over the morning coffee (or evening beer).

I work (over my own project thing) during the day most days. Other days I'd sure enjoy doing stuff together.

I can see 20Mission is a bit far to those swimming pools i'd like to be close to. Any one nearby that you know of, but I can't find?

How do these coliving places work? Does one get a private room? How much does one pay for one (assuming 6 weeks)?
I assume, things like wifi internet and a desk is something i can take for granted(?)
